I have searched high and low for a great pair of slippers - good fit, ample heat without making my feet sweat and lightweight. With Snoozies, I have finally found the perfect foot warmers! The sherpa lining and fleece outer layer combine to create ample warmth, yet is so breathable and lightweight that I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. Fit-wise, there is plenty of toe room while the back stays on my narrow heels (a major issue with all other types of slippers I've tried in the past). The fact that they do not have a solid sole is both a pro and con - pro in that you can wear them while curled up on the couch or even in bed; con in that they cannot be worn outdoors. Oh, and did I mention how easy they are to clean? Just pop them in on gentle cycle, tumble dry on low and voila!, good as new with no pilling on the outside or clumping on the inside. Snoozies are the closest to Slipper Nirvana one can ever hope to find.

Cats used to love it until another model came along!
Like another reviewer, I was initially very disappointed in this product because the hood part does not stay up as the picture shows. I bought it specifically for one of my cats who likes cave-type enclosures but is not a burrower. Without some kind of structure the hood simply flops down. I decided modifying it would be easier than sending it back to Armarkat. At first I thought I'd use a metal coat hanger to stiffen up the hood, but then remembered I'd bought some stiff plastic tubing for another project. This tubing is labeled SDR9 PEX 3006 (O.D. is approx 3/8"). and was purchased at Home Depot in the plumbing/pipe area. I ripped the seams about 1/2" where the beige velour "channel" of the hood meets the bed on both sides (see uploaded photo), then fed a 32" piece of the tube through the hood's channel. Now it stays up perfectly and two of my cats will fight over who gets to sleep in it! I didn't bother to sew up the openings, so the tube can be pulled out when the bed needs...

Good quality but very small
I thought this bed would be big enough for my 18lb mini schnauzer to curl up in. The bed itself is the size I expected but the "pouch" is very small and narrow. So far, the dog just lays on top of it.
